When will Starter and Enterprise Secure launch?
Enterprise is available today. Starter (solo users) and Enterprise Secure (dedicated infrastructure, BYOK, HIPAA BAA) are on the roadmap. Book a demo if you want to be notified or discuss early access.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Once all tiers are live, you can upgrade at any time and only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly clause or search limits?
You will receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. Additional clause extractions are billed at $0.02 per clause. Additional searches are billed at $0.01 per search. You can also upgrade your plan at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Enterprise plans can be paid via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer with annual invoicing. Starter will accept all major credit cards at launch.
